8-4-08 Congratulations to Rod and Melynda Burbage as well as the entire SpecRite Torque Converters team for their recent victory at Champion Raceway in Medford, OR at the tracks 3rd Annual Nitro Summerfest. With difficult track conditions, the team prevailed and  pulled through for their 1st win.

Randy Kay and his supercharged 63 Corvette won the 34th Annual Fox Hunt at Sacramento Raceway Park July 11th and 12th. After Qualifying #1 with a 6.29 @ 229.58 MPH, Kay and team went on to run consistent 6.30`s throughout eliminations en route to defeating Rod Burbage in the final with a 6.31 @ 225. A big thanks goes out to Cheryl Evans, Lonnie Houde,  Rod Burbage and his company SpecRite Torque Converters as well as Bob Bunker Jr for his continued assistance. As well as to the crew of Jason Bunker, Cory Dow and Frank Veitschegger.

The next West Coast Outlaw Pro Mod event is in Medford, Or on August 2nd.
